Services
What we do.
AI Deployment for Social Impact Organizations
We help mission-driven teams identify where AI can genuinely improve their work, then set it up. From selecting the right tools to building workflows, training staff, and establishing responsible use policies, we make sure AI serves your mission rather than becoming another thing to manage.
Program Evaluation
We design and manage evaluations that answer the questions your team and funders actually need answered. From scoping and methodology to data collection and reporting, we handle the process so you can focus on what the findings mean for your work.
Theory of Change Facilitation
We facilitate collaborative sessions that help your team articulate the change you're trying to make, how you expect to get there, and what assumptions you're making along the way. You walk away with a clear, usable theory of change your whole team understands.
Monitoring and Learning System Design
We help you figure out what to track, why, and how, then build a monitoring and learning system that fits your capacity and actually gets used. No shelf reports, no data collection for its own sake.
Strategic Impact Planning
We work with your leadership to connect mission, strategy, and evidence into a coherent plan. Whether you're launching a new initiative, pivoting an existing one, or preparing for a funder conversation, we help you get clear on what you're doing and why.
Who We Are
Built on real-world experience.
Sadie Paschke
Founder
Sadie Paschke founded Anthralytic to make impact strategy accessible to mission-driven teams traditionally left out of data and evaluation spaces. With 15 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar initiatives across global development, government, and nonprofits, she saw how strategy firms often act as gatekeepers, offering essential tools at a price out of reach for smaller organizations.
Anthralytic was created to change that. The consulting practice offers hands-on strategy, evaluation, and capacity building. The platform extends that expertise through practical, AI-enhanced tools that organizations can use on their own time.
Anthralytic's work supports changemakers, especially those without formal training in strategy or data, to define and communicate their impact with confidence.
